Flower Deliveries
Sustainable Celebrations
Hi! I'm Gael Levin Simon, your neighbor in the Philadelphia suburbs on the Main Line. Our area offers so much beauty and possibility. We are so lucky, right?
After 20 years as an educator in children’s TV, I knew I wanted to do something hands-on, outside and local. My favorite series to work on were improv- and DIY-based, including more than 3,000 live shows starring an Emmy-nominated chicken. These shows encouraged kids and families to connect their interests and creativity with what they had easily available in their homes.
I had begun to crowdsource for family celebrations – a photographer here, a caterer there, neighbors saving glass jars from their recycling. A friend had bought a farm and let me plant flowers to be used in those recycled jars. From these seeds:

...and those jars:
...Meadowflowers.house was born.
Meadowflowers.house is committed to playful and unique experiences that inspire interest in the natural world. Most of our flowers are grown locally. The meadow is a refuge for bees and butterflies, and a portion of each sale helps the pollinator preserve that is our meadow. We use what we have to upcycle and recycle, and give it back as experiences with local, natural beauty.
